Uppercase Typeface Based On Helvetica Neue

This font by graphic designer Dado Queiroz was inspired by various parts of machinery.
Created for major agricultural equipment manufacturer Massey Ferguson and commissioned by Dez Comunicação, Queiroz based the upper case alphabet on the shape of their corporate font, Helvetica Neue.

The challenge was to use their world-renowned products, like their tractors and pulverizers as “building blocks” for the alphabets, before harmonizing the composite images to make readable upper case letters.
